While families are urged to stay home during the COVID-19 crisis, your home and yard have become your personal sanctuary more than ever. We are committed to keeping your yard safe and free from seasonal pests, and your lawn as lush, healthy, and beautiful as ever for your family and pets.
We will continue to provide quality service without any personal contact between our technicians and our customers. We will not be knocking on doors to introduce ourselves before we perform a scheduled service, nor will we be leaving paperwork at your door in order to limit person-to-person contact and adhere to proper social distancing. We have also limited all crews to a single technician each in their own vehicle. If you're outside enjoying the outdoors when we arrive, our technicians will simply skip your house and come back at a later time so we do not disturb you and your space.
Customers will still receive all e-mail notifications and can review account information online via the Customer Login portal. Our Account Managers are still available via phone or e-mail to answer any questions or concerns.
We have implemented extensive cleaning protocols to ensure everything we use is disinfected daily. Hand sanitizer is in every work vehicle, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used at all times and is also disinfected daily.
All employees are encouraged to stay home if they or a dependent is impacted by COVID-19, and all have Paid Time Off to provide continuity of pay in such an event. We are also taking the temperature of each technician daily with non-contact thermometers to ensure anyone with unrecognized COVID-like symptoms is sent home immediately for testing.
